OUR MISSION
At Answer to Cancer, we are a charity created by a group of Grand Harbor members more than 15 years ago to help cancer patients at the Scully-Welch Cancer Center at the Cleveland Clinic hospital. Our mission is to provide financial assistance for programs to support cancer patients and their families during their journey. With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
Get to Know Us
Answer to Cancer (ATC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity which began more than 15 years ago by a group of Grand Harbor members to raise funds for the Scully-Welch Cancer Center at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. ATC is a Grand Harbor Community and member charity that holds its annual signature event in March each year.

Answer to Cancer has grown to be one of the largest donors to the Scully-Welsh Cancer Center at the Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital with more than $1,100,000 to date. ATC raised more than $100,000 in 2023 allowing the purchase of a much needed nutrition cart for patients receiving infusion therapy, two handheld ultrasound devices resulting in faster diagnosis, and continued support for the Integrative Medicine Program.

2024 Board and Committee Members
At Answer to Cancer, we believe in the power of community involvement. Our team of dedicated volunteers donates their time and energy to organize fun events, where participants can come together as a community, enjoy themselves, and know that their contributions are going to support a meaningful cause. We offer a variety of activities at the annual event so that everyone can be involved. We have golf, tennis, pickle ball, dinner, raffles, and a silent auction. Join us in the fight against cancer and support a great cause by attending this great event!
